Ground & Gather gives people somewhere safe to pause before small issues become big ones. It is not a medical tent and it is not a punishment space. It is a warm, visible support point for people who need water, tea, a seat, a calm voice, or help reconnecting with friends.
What’s Included
A simple, useful wellbeing setup designed for 3-day festivals, camping events, fire events, music gatherings, and community spaces.
Comfort Setup
Tent or gazebo, seating, soft lighting, rugs or mats, signage, and a welcoming reset space.
Hydration Station
Water support, electrolytes, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and a hot water urn.
Care Supplies
Basic comfort items, tissues, sunscreen where needed, simple hygiene items, and welfare notes.
Security Integration
Direct communication with WakCo Security, event leads, medics, and trusted crew when needed.
Friday to Sunday
Added to your WakCo Security quote as a dedicated wellbeing hub package.
Final price depends on event size, site access, travel, opening hours, consumables required, and whether extra support staff are needed.
